We believe MovePlan staff are the finest in the industry. Most of them are university graduates and a number have professional qualifications including PRINCE2 and PMI certification. Several speak a second language and all are thoroughly trained in our unique methodology: the MovePlan Toolkit©. We are proud to hold the British Investors in People accreditation, and our staff are involved in a programme of continuous development, to ensure consistently high standards.

Cathy is Chairman and founder of MovePlan. She first had the idea of developing a Move Management consultancy when asked to organise the relocation of a leading advertising agency in 1986. Cathy's natural emphasis on customer service, combined with an absolute attention to detail, has shaped a corporate culture and product offering that is second to none. Following an intensive business growth programme at Cranfield University, Cathy remains committed to a continuous path of organic growth for the MovePlan Group which has become an international organisation operating on six continents. Michelle has over ten years’ experience in the management of relocations, facilities and relocation-related planning services. Having trained and worked with MovePlan from the earliest stages, her career has led to the management and direction of projects across Australia, the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
